We’re based in Kitchener-Waterloo and proudly serve Southwestern Ontario — roughly within a 150km radius.

What are your delivery hours?
Our standard delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend deliveries are available by appointment. We also offer same-day and rush services—just let us know what you need, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Are there any restrictions on what you can deliver?
We’re equipped to handle a wide range of deliveries. With access to cargo vans, SUVs, trucks, and flatbeds, we can accommodate everything from small packages to oversized or irregular items. If you have a specific request, we’re happy to assess and provide a solution that fits your needs.

Do you offer same-day service?
Yes, we do. Same-day delivery is available depending on distance and time of booking. We’ll always do our best to accommodate urgent requests with reliable, timely service.

Do you handle fragile or high-value items?
Yes—we offer careful handling for fragile, sensitive, and high-value items. Our white glove service is ideal for delicate or specialized deliveries, and we regularly transport large items by freight. High-value shipments are covered by insurance, and we take every precaution to ensure safe, secure delivery.

Can I track my delivery?
Yes—delivery updates are available by email or phone, based on your preference. We also offer real-time digital tracking for all deliveries, providing you with full visibility and peace of mind throughout the process.

What is your pricing structure?
Our pricing is customized based on a variety of factors, including distance, package size and weight, and delivery urgency. We work closely with each client to provide clear, fair quotes tailored to your specific needs—just give us a call, and we’ll find the best solution for you.

Yes, we offer delivery on holidays and after-hours by appointment. We strive to provide flexible solutions to accommodate your needs whenever standard hours don’t fit your schedule.
