Long before there were delivery apps, 8‑year‑old Paul LeBlanc was going door-to-door with baskets of plums sourced straight from his neighbour’s tree—confidently pitching them for $2.50 each with a zesty line:
“Why pay more at the store? These plums are delivered fresh to your door—no grocery run required!”
In that moment, Paul learned an invaluable lesson: integrity builds trust, trust fuels relationships, and loving what you do matters more than what you sell.
Over the past 11 years, Paul has channeled that childhood hustle into building KW Delivery into the Waterloo Region’s go-to courier partner for businesses that demand more than just “on time.” From critical same-day parts for manufacturers to daily runs for marketing agencies, KW Delivery has grown organically—standing out for reliability, responsiveness, and old-school customer care.
Before launching KW Delivery, Paul gained a varied entrepreneurial track record—including lawn care, rental properties, franchised restaurants, and home development. He experienced success, plateau, and setback… and then rebuilt from the ground up with nothing but a minivan and a vision. That journey taught him empathy, adaptability, and a fierce determination to solve problems others wouldn’t touch.
Today, Paul leads a close-knit fleet of cargo vans, box trucks, SUVs, and a flatbed—on a mission to handle every parcel, prototype, or piece you need delivered with the same care as if it were his own. His guiding principle? Delivery is the final mile of your reputation. Fail there, and months of work can vanish. Nail it, and you shine.
